1) THE LOWEST PRICE

4x4proyect thanks to its partners in the USA among others is able to offer you the best products of the market at the lowest price (prices valid except typo).

2) METHOD OF PAYMENT

You have the choice between several methods of payment

Credit card:
4x4proyect has teamed up with the best partners to guarantee the security of your payments. It also uses a safe connection. While making a payment following symbols or  in your web browser indicate that you´re using a safe connection.

Money transfer:
We will ask you to identify yourself with a valid ID when paying by money transfer. Valid IDs are: for Spanish citizens DNI, passport or drivers´ license; for foreigners living in Spain NIE and for others passport.

If the order was payed for previous to in-store pickup, you will have to show your valid ID together with the credit card the payment was made with, if applicable. 
If the person retrieving the order is not the owner of the credit card he will have to show a written permission to do so written and signed by the card owner as well as a copy of its valid ID.

3) DELIVERY ON TIME

Your order will be available the next day at our store or delivered from in as little as 24h/48h to your address depending on the shipping method you chose.

Express Shipping

This shipping method allows you to receive your order in 1 or 2 working days. If your order is placed before 1PM CET it will be dispatched the same day if the items are in stock. UPS will take care of air shipping if needed which will give you a delivery time of  48/72 h. The shipping costs will depend on the items ordered.

Standard Shipping

This shipping method will allow you to receive your shipment at your address within 2 to 4 working days. Orders placed before 2PM CET will be dispatched the same day for items that show as available on our website. The shipping costs will depend on the items ordered.

In Store Pickup

ou can place your order online and pick it up in our store the next day (only for items in stock). For orders placed before 2PM CET will be available the next day*. We need this time to take your products from our warehouse to our store.
Once they arrive at the store you will be informed via e-mail or sms. You will have 72hrs to pick up you order. If you need more time you will have to contact us through the website or bay telephone calling +34876261493 Monday to Friday 10AM through 6PM CET and we will keep your order in store up to 7 days. Handling and/or service charges may apply to this option and are depending on the parts ordered. 

In store purchase without previous order via the 4x4 Proyect online shop: A selection of our bestsellers is always available in store. Please, remember that we have only a limited stock capacity in our store and therefore we highly recommend placing an online order prior pick up to ensure availability. Handling and/or service charges may apply to this option and are depending on the parts ordered.

If during your order our insurance company or our security department suspect an abnormality or indication of fraud, we reserve the right to stop and cancel your transaction for security reasons. 
4x4 Proyect puts 2 payment methods at your service: Credit Card (Visa or Visa Electron) abd money transfer.

If you chose to pay by credit card the order amount will be charged the same moment you place your order providing that your bank authorizes the transaction. If the transaction is not authorized your order won´t be placed.

Online payments with credit card are made through the "Secure Socket Layer" system, which encrypts your payment data prior to sending them through the internet.

If you wish to pay with a 4x4 Proyect gift voucher you can make the payment online through our website.

Gift vouchers are valid for 365 days after their date of issue. To use them as a method of payment you only have to select them during the checkout process. Once a gift voucher has expired 4x4 Proyect will not accept it anymore.
