4x4 Proyect Design as develop a Heavy Duty suspension system to be able to adapt to the Jeep Wrangler Yj, Tj and all vehicles with 100 mm chassis height, for abuse on trial and rocks, and be sure driving on&offroad tracks at medium or high speed.
These two brackets have part number 4PD11401S belong to the Heavy Duty Long Arm suspension series of 4x4 Proyect Design, are designed for mount on front position right or left sides of our 4x4.
This bracket systems, i designed for swap your short control arms, to long arm system, this is really interesting if you are looking for on&off road performance and great travels on rocks and trial.
The most interestins and innovative features are the free desing of suspension, with these brackets you can desing one front a system Radius Arm, 3-link right, 3- link left, tri-link or 4-link with V geometry upper arms.
for this proposal the upper arms brackets are placed in vertical position, being able to create all these configurations.
4x4 Proyect Design recommend the use of mixed long arms, one face with high impact bushings, and Heavy duty high misalingment ball joint on the other face like 4PD045203.
These brackets are made of high quality steel with 6 mm thickness, welded using double pulsed arc system, to ensure a middle compromise between resistance and elasticity.
Arm brackets have 66.8mm wide with a 9/16 "drill hole, commonly used on Jeep and other brands suspension arms.
You can mount those brackets with M16 screws not supplied, or you can weld directly to your chassis, so only 2 screws will have sufficient strength, and can fit up to 4 x M16 screws. In addition they can be used in any chassis that has a height of 100 mm, in case that the height is something smaller always they can fit in the part superior with intermediate plates.
