1. Satisfaction guaranteed or you get your money back
The customer has seven (7) days from the date of delivery to return any product which doesn´t satisfy him. Within this timeframe the product may be returned together with its bill of purchase. Any return-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
The right to return a purchased product will never apply to the following categories of products:
personalized products, custom made products or any products made according to customer specifications.
products that have already been used and/or installed
products that show signs of usage, wear or damage
products that a because of their nature can´t be returned
This right of withdrawal will not be applied to products imported on request only for the client.
We highly recommend that you correctly pack your products before returning them as you will be held responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping. Therefore we also recommend that you use a shipping method that allows you to insure the content and value of your shipment. This way you can cover any damage and/or loss.
Anyhow, the return-shipping costs will be held by the customer.
Returned products will only be accepted when packed in their original packaging, in new and unused condition and with all its relevant parts and accessories like manuals, screws, wires, etc...
Products that are returned broken, used and/or incomplete will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted when the product does not fulfill the use it was intended for and it has not been used for any other purpose.
In case of reimbursement:
-If the product is returned within seven days (according to the shipping documents) of the date of delivery at the address you specified, 4x4proyect will reimburse you using the payment method you chose when buying the product. In case this method isn´t useable, 4x4proyect will transfer the amount to your personal bank account.
In case that a technical analysis of the returned item is necessary 4x4proyect will do everything in its power to expedite the reimbursement. The delay will depend mainly on the technical analysis undertaken bay the manufacturer of the product. However the reimbursement shall not be delayed more than 30days.
