When we decided to work with Benyamin Senkal we knew it would be a challenge. The base of his build, an iconic Mercedes-Benz G500, commanded respect. As if that wasn’t enough pressure it was loaded up to the roof with overlanding equipment weighing in at almost 4 metric tonnes. Without a doubt this would be the ultimate test for our 4x4 Proyect 2.65” Prerunner shocks. Our goal was to elevate the handling on all terrains to the capabilities of the powerful V8 drivetrain. We got down to work developing different sets of valvings until we achieved the result we wanted. The current setup perfectly controls body roll, even with a heavily loaded expedition roof rack, and absorbs big impacts with maximum comfort and control. A three week trip through the Moroccan desert and mountains tested the system to its limits as you can see on these pictures.
