VW Crafter EXPEDITION

This VW Crafter features a spectacular custom camper conversion by our friends at Flexebu. To be able to enjoy all its comfort in remote locations a tailored suspension system was next on the list. We took on the opportunity to create a complete kit to fit the Volkswagen Crafter and MAN TGE. Allow us to present the 4x4Proyect Expedition Lift Pro-8023 R.H.A.

The system is based around a set of robust long travel shock absorbers that give more freedom of movement to the suspension allowing for increased flex and better traction off the road as well as increasing the comfort and stability in any situation. The front axle is equipped with coilover style struts and proprietary EIBACH springs that allow for a precise ride height setting, from factory height to 50mm lift. The rear is equipped with  2.0” monotube dampers with external reservoirs taking suspension fade off your list of things to worry about. Ride height in this case comes from a set of axle blocks.

With the EXPEDITION-8023 suspension kit this Crafter has not only attained the stance it deserves but it has also gained unmatched offroad capabilities and excellent travel comfort.
